At its Ordinary Meeting on 06 December 2022, Council resolved to publicly exhibit draft amendments to Contributions Plan No.15 – Box Hill Precinct (CP15).
CP15 enables Council to levy development within the Box Hill Release Area to contribute towards the provision of essential local infrastructure, including transport, open space and water management facilities. Contributions are collected gradually as development occurs and pooled until there is sufficient funds to deliver a whole infrastructure item such as a road or park.
The draft amendments to CP15 are now on public exhibition and available for inspection on the 'Have your Say' Page of the Council's Website. (https://www.thehills.nsw.gov.au/Contact-Us/Have-Your-Say).
