Fatal vehicle and pedestrian incident at Nanango

Officers from the Forensic Crash Unit are investigating after a man died while out jogging at Nanango yesterday (September 6).

Initial investigation indicate the 33-year-old Mount Coolum man was struck by a passing vehicle at around 6.30pm on Nanango Brooklands Road.

He was located deceased by members of the public a short time later.

Investigations led police to a Nanango address last night where officer's seized a vehicle.

Investigations are on-going.
