Chase is currently serving as senior military advisor for cyber policy to the under secretary of defense for policy; and the deputy principal cyber advisor to the secretary of defense, Washington, D.C.

French has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral.
French is currently serving as legal counsel to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Washington, D.C.
