Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Frank Wandin.
Warrants have been issued for the 56-year-old man's arrest for failing to appear on bail.
Investigators have released an image of Frank in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Frank is Aboriginal, 165cm tall with a slim build and a tattoo on his right upper arm.
It is believed he may be frequenting the Collingwood, Fitzroy and Clifton Hill areas.
