Want better sleep and improved muscle tone? Then come along and discover the benefits of belly dancing at this fun, free lesson at Hawkesbury Central Library, 300 George Street, Windsor on Thursday, 8 July from 10am to 11:30am.

Belly Dance is a gentle form of exercise that promotes core strength, improves balance and develops flexibility. The low impact aerobic exercise is suitable for all ages as a fun way to stay fit while moving to music.

Belly dancing is a fun, social form of exercise that is exciting and uplifting and a great way to de-stress.
