Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III announced today that the president has made the following nomination:
Air Force Col. Michael J. Regan Jr. for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Regan is currently serving as the assistant adjutant general--Air, Pennsylvania Air National Guard, Annville, Pennsylvania.
