Griffith Pioneer Park Museum welcomed 19,076 visitors during the 2025/26 financial year, demonstrating the Museum's growing role as a cultural, educational and community destination.
The strong visitation reflects growing community engagement and increased interest from visitors across the region and beyond, with the Museum continuing to expand its calendar of events, educational programs, tours, venue hires and cultural experiences.
Throughout the year, the Museum delivered a range of activities, including family events, school excursions, guided tours and community programs. Demand for venue hire also continued to grow, with an increase in weddings, kitchen teas, first birthdays and community gatherings.
The introduction of the free local general admission trial has encouraged more local residents to reconnect with the Museum and explore the stories that have shaped Griffith and the surrounding region. The initiative, combined with a growing program of events and experiences, has helped position the Museum as a vibrant community destination.
Griffith Pioneer Park Museum Manager Jenny O'Donnell said the result demonstrates the community's growing connection with the Museum.

The Museum continues to build on this momentum, with an exciting calendar of exhibitions, events and programs planned for 2026/27, providing even more opportunities for visitors to discover the Museum.
