Liverpool Responds: Football in Focus takes place on Wednesday July 1 - the day the Reds are due to face closest title rivals, Manchester City and finally be presented with the Premier League trophy after 30 long years.
Chaired by one of the UK's foremost experts in football finance, frequent media commentator and the man behind The Price of Football book, blog, twitter account and podcast, Kieran Maguire, Liverpool Responds is your chance to hear the inside story of an unforgettable season - in more ways than one.
Also joining Kieran and Peter are; Everton Women FC manager, Willie Kirk; Director of the University's Centre for Sports Business, Professor Sue Bridgewater; and Diploma in Football Management alumnus, Darren Robinson, who will offer insight into the world of scouting, and how it has been affected by the coronavirus pandemic and subsequent lockdown.

Liverpool Responds is the University of Liverpool's fortnightly online event series considering different aspects of the pandemic, its response and the sectors affected by it. With the intended restart for the hospitality sector pencilled in for July 4, the next event on July 15 - hosted by Professor Michael Parkinson – will focus on the revival of the Liverpool City Region economy.
