Hilton investigation

Fremantle Detectives are seeking information from the public to assist with their investigation into an incident that occurred in Hilton last night, Sunday 28 November 2021.

A 36-year-old old man caught a bus from the Spearwood area and at around 10.50pm was walking on Snook Crescent when he became involved in an altercation with an unknown male person.

During the altercation the 36-year-old man fell, striking his head on the pavement. He received serious head injuries and was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital. He underwent surgery and is now in a critical but stable condition.

Detectives are trying to ascertain the circumstances leading up to the victim being injured and are urging the male person who was seen with the victim to come forward. They would also like to speak to anyone who was on a bus travelling from Spearwood to Hilton between 10.20pm and 10.50pm.
