HSF advises on HEO Robotics' seed capital raise

Herbert Smith Freehills' private equity and venture capital team has advised High Earth Orbit Robotics on its seed capital raise.

This new capital will be employed to fund the continued growth and expansion of the company including the launch of HEO Inspect, a satellite inspection product

HEO Robotics is an Australian company and the world's first commercially operating in-orbit inspection company. Its technology enables high quality imagery and monitoring of valuable space assets and space situational awareness.

The Herbert Smith Freehills team was led by partner and Head of Venture Capital Peter Dunne and Co-head of Venture Capital (Australia) Elizabeth Henderson, together with solicitors Raj Mathew and Myra Beal working from the firm's Sydney and Brisbane offices.
