Five international performance artists will show off their skills in Beardy Street Mall next month as the International Buskers & Comedy Festival returns to Armidale.
Mr Balloon, the Unicycling Unicorn and Floor Legendz are among the international artists performing in the street on Tuesday 1 October.
Entertainment in the mall will begin at 10am, incorporating free 'Kidz Day' activities including a jumping castle, face painting, sand wizards and giant inflatables.
Armidale Regional Council Mayor Simon Murray said last year's inaugural event was a great success, as people filled the mall and enjoyed a fun and interactive day.
The event is an offshoot of the annual Coffs Harbour International Buskers and Comedy Festival, which brings in a selection of performers from all around the world.
"Council is bringing this school holiday event to Armidale to give families a low-cost opportunity to be entertained and explore businesses in the CBD," Councillor Murray said.
Floor Legendz is a professional break dance crew which has taken its stunning acrobatics, impressive dance performances and comedy to many parts of the world.
Its line-up also has a strong international flavour, with dancers from Morocco, Venezuela, France and many other places around the globe.
