Council's depot in Epping has been closed today for deep cleaning after one staff member tested positive to COVID-19.
Today's hard rubbish collection could not go ahead, and this service will be affected into next week.
If you have a hard rubbish collection booked today, please leave your rubbish where it is for collection next week.
Bookings for next week should be put out the night before your scheduled collection day as normal, however, it may be collected on a later day as we catch-up with today's cancelled service.
Other depot employees and close contacts of the staff member affected by COVID-19 have been tested and are waiting on results.
The depot is expected to resume operations on Monday 3 August.
