Traffic Enforcement Group South officers are seeking information regarding a serious crash in Kelmscott on Monday 10 July 2023.
About 5.35pm, a grey Honda Civic hatchback was being driven south on River Road. At the same time a black Luna e-bicycle was being ridden north on the same road. The car and e-bicycle collided near the intersection of Orlando Street.
The 36-year-old male rider of the e-bicycle sustained serious injuries in the crash and was taken by St John WA to Royal Perth Hospital.
The 64-year-old female driver of the Honda Civic was not seriously injured, and was taken to Armadale Hospital as a precaution.
