Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash in Kenwick on Monday 8 November 2021.
About 11:55am a red Holden Berlina sedan was being driven south on Albany Highway and a white Daihatsu Sirion was being driven west on McIntyre Way. The vehicles collided at the intersection of the two roads.
The 94-year-old male driver of the Daihatsu Sirion was taken to Royal Perth Hospital, where he later died. The 47-year-old female driver of the Holden Berlina received minor injuries.
