The OAS Permanent Council will hold a special meeting on Monday, July 14 at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT), in the Hall of the Americas at OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C., on the occasion of Laura Gil's assumption of the position of Assistant Secretary General of the Organization of American States.
