Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Long Bol.
The 37-year-old is wanted on warrant for contravening a community corrections order and traffic related offences.
Bol is described as 190-195cms tall with a large build and dark brown eyes.
He is known to frequent the Deer Park, Sunshine, St Albans, Thomastown and Richmond areas.
Investigators have released an image of Bol in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
