Madeley burglary

Joondalup Detectives are seeking information in relation to a burglary that occurred at a jewellery store located within a shopping centre on Wanneroo Road in Madeley.

About 1.30am on Thursday 27 May 2021, two men drove to the shopping centre in a Honda Civic before forcing entry into the shopping centre before smashing a glass door to enter the jewellery store. The men stole jewellery valued in the thousands.

The men fled the area in the Honda Civic which was located a short time later set on fire in Geddes Street, Balcatta. Police inquiries reveal the men then used a blue sedan to drive to Barridale Reserve in Kingsley where police located empty jewellery boxes.

Detectives wish to speak to the men pictured who they believe can assist them with this investigation. They also urge anyone with information relating to the burglary or who has CCTV / dash-cam vision of the Kingsway shopping centre around 1.30am, Geddes Street in Balcatta around 2am and the Barridale Reserve between 2.10am to 2.30am, to come forward.
