Man Charged for Sexual Act by NSW Police Transport Command

A man has been charged following an investigation into an alleged sexual act on board a train in Sydney's North West.

About 8.30am on Monday 11 March 2024, officers from the Police Transport Command North West received a report that a man had allegedly exposed himself towards a woman on board a westbound train service toward Werrington.

Following inquiries, a 24-year-old man was arrested at a home on Edna Road, Plumpton, about 2.50pm yesterday (Thursday 14 March 2024).

The man was charged with two counts of carry out sexual act toward another without consent and four counts of possess child abuse material.

He was bail refused to appear before Mount Druitt Local Court today (Friday 15 March 2024).
