Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Mark Ahearn.
The 42-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to theft, assault and driving offences.
Ahearn is described as approximately 185cm tall, with a solid build, a tanned complexion and short brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Darebin, Whittlesea and surrounding areas.
Investigators have released an image of Ahearn in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
