A man missing from Weston in the state's Hunter Region has been located safe and well.
The 68-year-old man was last seen on Sixth Street, Weston, on Tuesday 20 December 2022.
When he could not be located, officers from Hunter Valley Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Following a search, the man was located safe and well near Swamp Creek, behind Weston Street, today (Wednesday 21 December 2022).
Police wish to thank the public and the media for its assistance.
