Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing St Albans man, Daniel May
The 47-year-old was last seen on Devonshire Road, Sunshine on 4 July at 9.45am.
Daniel is known to frequent the St Albans, Sunshine Altona, Footscray and Ballarat areas.
Police and family hold concerns for Daniel's welfare due to a medical condition.
Police have released an image of Daniel in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
He was last seen wearing black tracksuit pants, a black jumper, green trench-coat and white Nike TN runners
Anyone who sees Daniel or with information is urged to contact Sunshine Police Station on 9313 3444.
