Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Caulfield North woman Chana Rosmarin.
The 94-year-old was last seen in Octavius Avenue about 5.30pm on Sunday.
Investigators believe she was in her silver Mazda 3 sedan with registration WAO-727 and was headed to St Kilda to visit friends.
Police and family are concerned for Chana due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
Investigators have released an image of Chana in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Chana is urged to contact Caulfield Police Station on 9524 9500.
