A woman reported missing from Broadway earlier this month has been located safe and well, NSW Police say.
The 59-year-old was last seen on Tuesday 12 April 2016 by a friend at a shopping centre on Bay Street, Broadway.
She was reported missing on Monday 18 April 2016 after she failed to respond to concerned friends.
Officers attached to Leichhardt Local Area Command commenced a search for the woman, which included an appeal for assistance from the public and media.
Last night yesterday, the woman notified police after seeing a missing person appeal in a local newspaper, confirming she is safe and well.
Police thank the public and media for their assistance.
