- First residential land release announced at Ocean Reef Marina, with 70 lots to be released
- Marina Cove Park and the internal family beach to officially open later this year
- Ocean Reef Marina will ultimately deliver more than 1,000 homes and a world-class waterfront destination for Western Australians
The first residential lots at Ocean Reef Marina will be released to the market next week, marking a major milestone for the landmark waterfront development on Perth's northern coastline.
The first 70 single residential lots and three development sites will be released to the market in the coming months, beginning with the first 13 single residential lots.
These 13 lots range in size from 224 square metres to 295 square metres and will add to the more than 1,000 homes expected to be delivered in stages across the development once complete.
A register-your-interest campaign will commence on 17 September, with offers invited from 24 September 2026. Prices will start from $858,000 when the sales campaign officially launches.
In addition to the Residential Precinct, Stage One works have also delivered significant marine and community infrastructure, including new boat ramps, jetties, boat trailer parking, public open spaces, internal family beach, a bike pump track, shade shelters, and an ocean-themed playground.
Ocean Reef Marina is a 65-hectare waterfront development that will provide a vibrant mix of housing, recreation, tourism, and public open space.
The announcement comes as Ocean Reef Marina prepares to welcome the community for the opening of Marina Cove Park and the internal family beach later in the year.
To mark the occasion, an Ocean Reef Marina Community Open Day will showcase the new public facilities through a day of live entertainment, family activities, local food and market stalls, wellness experiences, and community activations that celebrate the best of oceanside living.

"This project is delivering more homes for Western Australians, as well as new recreational opportunities and new public spaces for our northern suburbs.
"There's been a huge amount of interest in this project and the community open day will be a great opportunity for people to come down, explore the new facilities, and see just how much has changed."

"We have seen strong interest from prospective buyers wanting to be part of this unique marina community, and this first release will provide an opportunity for people to register their interest in securing their own residential lot.
"This project is about creating a place where people can live, work, visit, and enjoy some of the very best of Perth's coastline."
