"Ojo Dibandingke" Song Warms up G20 3rd TIIWG Meeting Welcoming Dinner

- The Sekar Jagat dance warmed the welcoming dinner for the Delegates of the G20 Trade, Industry and Investment Working Group (TIIWG) in Bali on 19 September 2022. Moreover, the Director General of International Trade Negotiations (ITN) as well as the Chair of TIIWG, Djatmiko Bris Witjaksono, also enlivened the atmosphere by contributing a performance with the song "Ojo Dibandingke" by Abah Lala which was popularized by Farel Prayogo and the song "Gethuk" by Manthous.

The Sekar Jagat dance is one of the Balinese dances that is usually performed at the opening or welcoming of a formal event. The delegates were also entertained by the Chandra Kirana music group from Bali, which consisted of 5 musicians and 1 vocalist and performed keroncong music.

In his remarks, Director General of ITN, Djatmiko Bris Witjaksono appreciated the meeting with Delegates from G20 member countries. "Considering that this is the last event at the working group level, I want to give my best to reach the intended consensus so that this working group can provide the best results," said Djatmiko.

Djatmiko welcomed everyone to Bali, Indonesia, one of the most beautiful islands in the world and how people will be delighted with the dishes served. "Welcome to Bali, a very beautiful island not only for Indonesia, but also for the world. Bali is also known as the Island of Gods. I hope you can enjoy the atmosphere tonight," he said.
