One-stop Directory For WA Life Science Sector Launches

  • Life Sciences WA (LSWA) launches industry directory for local biotech companies
  • WA Government supports directory development through foundation sponsorship
  • The free directory is set to support investors, partners and customers to discover WA companies developing and commercialising innovative health and medical products

A new simple to use online directory has been launched by Life Sciences WA for the State's life science sector.

The Life Sciences WA Directory provides an opportunity for innovative Western Australian life sciences companies to profile their services to investors, partners and customers.

Currently 250 local organisations and support services are profiled, with more expected to be added.

The Cook Government provided support to LSWA to deliver the directory through its foundation sponsorship under the Health and Medical Life Sciences Industry Strategy.

Directory searches are free and allow investors, partners and customers to find WA companies developing and commercialising innovative health and medical products.

This resource will also include WA agricultural and marine innovation companies.

The directory will also profile support services to the life sciences industries, such as clinical trials providers, research organisations and advisers.

The directory is hosted through the global Biotechgate platform, which will present WA companies to an international audience.
