The City of Swan is planning to build a new BMX track in Ellenbrook, replacing the track that was removed to make way for the State Government's METRONET (Morley-Ellenbrook) line.

Funding discussions and planning for the replacement track are in progress and the City will undertake public consultation to help inform the design in the near future.

The BMX track is planned to be installed on Library Avenue (west of Charlie Gregorini Oval). Earthworks have commenced to prepare a level site for development of the track.

A portion of the footpath was removed as part of the earthworks, however the path reinstatement will be accommodated as part of the new design. Having listened to community feedback, the City aims to reuse the ramps from the previous track.

We look forward to welcoming your comments and feedback in the future as we aim to deliver a replacement BMX track that will meet the needs of the greater Ellenbrook community.
