Police appeal to locate missing teen - Carrawar

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teen missing from Sydney's west.

James Hoang, aged 16, was last seen leaving his home on Mitchell Street, Carramar, about 8pm last night (Wednesday 24 November 2021).

He was reported missing by a family member, and officers attached to Fairfield Police Area Command commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for James's welfare.

James is described as being of Asian Appearance, about 170cm tall, thin build and clean shaven.

He was last seen wearing black shoes and carrying a black backpack with green stripes on it.

Police have reason to believe James may be in the Cabramatta, Fairfield, and Liverpool areas.
