Police appeal to locate missing teenage girl - Blacktown PAC

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's west.

Brittney Burgess, aged 15, was last seen at her home on Killarney Avenue, Blacktown, about 11pm Thursday April 29, 2021.

Officers from Blacktown Police Area Command were notified of her disappearance after she failed to return the following day.

Brittney is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 120-130cm tall and of a thin build, with long dark hair which she often wears in a ponytail.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her young age.

She is possibly around the Penrith area and is known to frequent Sydney's transport network.

Anyone who sees Brittney, or believes they know her whereabouts, is urged to contact Blacktown Police or Crime Stoppers.
