Police appeal to locate teen missing from Blacktown 3 March

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teen missing since mid-February.

Paula Kioa, aged 16, was last seen at an address on Ronald Street, Blacktown, about 11pm on 18 February February 2023.

After he was unable to be located or contacted and failed to attend work, officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him.

Paula is described as being of Pacific islander/Maori appearance, about 170cm tall, of large build, with black hair and brown eyes.

Paula is known to frequent the Blacktown area.
