Police appeal to locate woman missing from Quakers Hill

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's west.

Amanda Walsh, aged 45, was last seen at a care facility on Lalor Road, Quakers Hill, about 5pm yesterday (Thursday 25 August 2022).

When she did not return, police attached to Riverstone Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Amanda's welfare as she has a number of health conditions that require medication.

Amanda is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, of large build, with long dark hair. She has piercings in her lip and nose.

She was last seen wearing a black dress and a blue puffy jacket.

Amanda was sighted about 4pm today (Friday 26 August 2022) on Pitt Street, Haymarket.
