A woman has died after a fatal collision in Portarlington this afternoon.
It is understood two vehicles collided on Portarlington and Richards Roads about 3.30pm.
A yet to be identified female driver from one of the vehicles sadly died at the scene.
The male driver, female passenger and two children from the other vehicle have been taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
