A 24-year-old man has been charged following an alleged hit-run in Pakenham yesterday.
It is alleged a pedestrian was struck by a cyclist in the car park of Main Street Plaza about 8.20am.
A 79-year-old man was airlifted to hospital where he remains with life-threatening injuries.
A Morwell man has been charged with reckless conduct endangering serious injury and remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court today.
