Police charge man with further sexual assault offences

On 10 September 2021, Sex Assault Squad detectives charged a 29-year-old man with further offences relating to a new victim as part of their ongoing investigation into reported sexual assaults alleged against the man.

It will be alleged in October 2018, the man sexually assaulted a woman in her 30s at a residence on Parker Street in South Perth. The man had befriended the woman earlier that evening at a restaurant located on Preston Street in Como.

The 29-year-old man from South Perth has been charged with:-

• Two counts of Sexual Penetration without Consent.

He is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today, 21 October 2021.
