Police investigating wounding at Moorooka 7 November

Police are investigating an alleged wounding that occurred in Moorooka last night, November 6.

Around 9.15pm, officers responded to reports of a stealing incident that occurred along Lyon Street.

Upon arrival, a 31-year-old Cedar Creek man was located with a stab wound to his torso.

He was transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious condition.

A 40-year-old Loganlea man and a 47-year-old Moorooka man were taken into custody a short time later and are assisting police with inquiries.

Investigations are continuing.
