Police launch investigation into fatal stabbing at Bomaderry

Investigations are continuing into a fatal stabbing on the state's South Coast.

About 7pm yesterday (Friday 9 December 2022), officers from South Coast Police District were called to West Birriley Street, Bomaderry, following reports an 18-year-old man had suffered chest injuries.

NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the man at the scene before he was taken to Shoalhaven Hospital in a critical condition; however, he died a short time later.

Police have established a crime scene as investigations continue into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
