An elderly woman reported missing from Sydney's Inner West has been located safe and well.
An 82-year-old woman was reported missing after she was last seen at home on Bent Street, Petersham, about 12.55pm today (Sunday 15 January 2023).
When she could not be located, officers attached to Inner West Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Following inquiries and a geo-targeted message appealing for assistance, the woman was located safe and well in St Peters tonight.
Police wish to thank the public and the media for their assistance.
