Police responding to serious traffic crash at Holmview 18 February

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating after a 17-year-old Windaroo boy sustained critical injuries in serious traffic crash at Holmview this afternoon, Friday February 18.

Preliminary investigations indicate at approximately 3pm the boy was riding a scooter on Logan River Road, before colliding with a vehicle at the intersection of Castile Crescent.

The 17-year-old boy was transported to hospital in a critical condition.

The driver of the vehicle, a 62-year-old Edens Landing woman, was not physically injured.

Investigations are continuing.
