Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Lake Boga man James.
The 21-year-old was last seen at an address on Scown Road about 7.45pm on Wednesday, 27 April.
Police and family hold concerns for James as he has an intellectual disability and requires regular medication.
James is mostly non-verbal and was last seen wearing a red dressing gown and slippers.
Investigators are urging residents in the Tresco and Lake Boga areas to check their properties and backyards as James may be hiding under shelter.
Police have released an image of James in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
