Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 42-year-old Tyabb man Troy Connell.
It is believed Troy left his home on Central Avenue between 20 August and 10 September.
Police are concerned for Troy's welfare due to a medical condition.
Police have released an image of Troy in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
