Police search for missing woman Nadezda Grozdanoska

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Nadezda Grozdanoska.

The 68-year-old was last seen on Pender Street in Preston going for a short walk about 1.50pm.

She was due to return home about 10 minutes later but has not been seen since.

Nadezda has Alzheimer's and dementia and was wearing a dark blue beanie, black knitted jacket and brown pants.

She is 155cm tall with short fair hair, a medium build and knows limited English.

Police have released an image of Nadezda in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her current whereabouts.

Anyone who sees Nadezda is urged to contact Preston Police Station on 9479 6112.
