Police seek help to find missing boy at Durack

Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 9-year-old boy reported missing from Durack yesterday evening.

The boy (pictured) was last seen around 7pm leaving an address on Mirani Close however has not been seen or heard from since.

Police hold concerns for his welfare due to his young age and because he is fairly new to the Brisbane area.

The boy is described as Pacific Islander with a dark complexion, short black hair, brown eyes and has one eyebrow partially shaved.

He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie with grey and black zebra pyjama pants.

Anyone with information as to the boy's whereabouts is urged to contact police.
