Police seek help to find missing man at Cleveland 3 September

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 69-year-old man missing in the Cleveland area.

Anthony Roper was last seen in the car park of a Cleveland supermarket on Middle Street around 4pm yesterday.

He has not made contact with family or friends since.

Police hold concerns for Anthony's welfare due to a medical condition.

A search of the area was conducted late yesterday and will resume this morning with the community asked to contact police.

Anthony is described as Caucasian, approximately 178cm, with a proportionate build, short grey hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a blue striped t shirt, blue jeans and white trainers and possibly carrying black backpack.
