Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Norlane man Christopher Woolsey.
The 61-year-old went missing from a care facility on Summit Avenue in Belmont on 4 June.
He was seen earlier today on Plume Street in Norlane but had left the area prior to police arrival.
Police have concerns for his welfare has he has several medical conditions that require daily medication which he left behind at the facility.
Christopher uses a mobility walker and is believed to still be in the Norlane area.
Police have also released an image of Christopher in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
