Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Samuel.
The 45-year-old was last seen in Edi Upper around 5am this morning.
Samuel was last seen wearing brown Birkenstock sandals- likely with dark coloured socks, dark blue tracksuit pants and a dark coloured windcheater.
He may be driving a 2012 Subaru Forester Wagon, white in colour, registration ZHB506.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
He may be in the Myrrhee area.
Police have released an image of Samuel in the hope someone may know of his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information or anyone that may know of Samuel's whereabouts is urged to contact Wangaratta Police Station on 5723 0888.
