Northern Territory Police are investigating after a ram raid at a sports club in Lyons this morning.
Around 5:15am, police received reports that a stolen Mazda 3 had been used in a ram raid at the business on Tambling Terrace, Lyons, causing significant damage. The offenders have allegedly stolen a quantity of alcohol before fleeing the scene in the vehicle.
A short time later, police received reports that the vehicle had crashed at the intersection of Nightcliff Road and Bagot Road, with 4 youths seen fleeing the vehicle.
This incident comes after the same location was burgled on Sunday.
Detectives from Strike Force Trident have since identified the 3 females involved and investigations are underway to identify and locate the remaining male.
