Police have concluded their investigation into a reported assault at Aberfoyle Park and thank the public for their assistance.
It was reported that a girl walking along a trail near the Happy Valley Sports Club oval on 15 August was followed and indecently assaulted by an unknown man in Brook Drive Reserve.
Detectives from Special Crimes Investigation Branch have conducted an extensive investigation including speaking with witnesses and are satisfied that there is no risk to the community.
Police would like to thank the public for their assistance however no further information is required in relation to this matter.
