Police update: CCTV photos of Hyde Park break-in

Police have released CCTV photos of suspects involving in the break-in on a Hyde Park designer retail store in November.

Just before 4am on Wednesday 9 November, police responded to an alarm activation at an apparel shop on King William Road at Hyde Park.

The offenders forced entry into the store next door and climbed into the roof space and then into the designer store.

The suspects attempted to steal a number of handbags from inside however they left empty handed.

Witnesses saw the two suspects leave the area in a brown coloured hatchback with yellow number plates. The car was last seen heading south on Westall Street.

The first suspect is described as fair skin, average build, wearing a black hooded jumper, black pants, wearing white running shoes with fluoro yellow laces. The second suspect is wearing dark clothing with white marking on left sleeve, light coloured white or grey sneakers and carrying a backpack.
