Search warrant conducted by Joondalup Detectives, WA

Joondalup Detectives have conducted investigations in recent weeks resulting in the seizure of 160 grams of Methamphetamine.

On Tuesday 28 August 2018, detectives executed search warrants in Balga and Girrawheen and seized over $35,000 in cash believed to be unlawfully obtained, WA Police say.

As a result a 38-year-old man from Girrawheen was charged with:-

•Five counts of Sold a Prohibited Drug (Methamphetamine);

•Two counts of Offer to Sell/Supply a Prohibited Drug to another (Methamphetamine);

•Two counts of Possession of Stolen or Unlawfully Obtained Property;

•One count each of Possession of a Prohibited Drug With Intent to Sell or Supply (Methamphetamine) ;

•Having Ready Access to both Weapons and Cash;

•Having Ready Access to both Weapons and Illegal Drugs;

•Possessed any Drug Paraphernalia in or on which there was a Prohibited Drug or Plant;

•Possess a Prohibited Drug (Heroin);

•Possession of a Prohibited Drug With Intent to Sell or Supply (Methamphetamine);

•Possession of Prohibited Drugs with Intent to Sell or Supply (Heroin);

•Possess a Prohibited Drug (Cannabis;)

•Unlawfully Possessed a Controlled or Prescription Drug; and

•Failed to Comply with requirements of Police Officer.

He is next due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on 26 September 2018.
