Gang Crime Squad detectives have charged a second person in relation to an incident outside the Joondalup Magistrates Court that occurred on Monday, 14 January 2019.
It will be alleged about 10.45am, two men assaulted two journalists and damaged television camera equipment during the altercation outside the court. Both men are linked to the Outlaws OMCG, WA Police say.
A 56-year-old man from Victoria has been charged with Common Assault and Unlawful Damage.
A 29-year-old man from Banksia Grove was previously charged by detectives in relation to this incident with Assault Occasioning Bodily Harm and Common Assault.
Both men are due to appear before the Joondalup Magistrates Court on 6 February 2019.
